Three new projects are on the way up
BSR Groupe is proud to announce that three new projects are on the rise in three different locations, adding to the company's long list of residential projects across the region. In these three new cases, the excavation is complete and the construction process has begun.
Below are short summaries of the projects, images of the beginning stages of construction and the building renderings themselves.
"These projects are all so exciting, I have been going around to the sites and I'm filled with pride," says Ron Basal, president of BSR Groupe. "It's so great to see how fast we are growing and our business model is working. People want nice places to live and we are providing them just that."
6250 Lennox Ave.
After several months of grueling excavation through more than 20 feet of bedrock to make way for the underground parking, crews have begun laying the foundation for what will be a spectacular 74-unit apartment building located at 6250 Lennox Ave. This building is in the borough of Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, just outside of Outremont. It is a safe neighbourhood steps from shopping and public transit.
"I was just at the site the other day and it is pretty amazing to see how thick this bedrock was and it certainly took some time to cut through it all, but we are finally going up," says Basal. "This building will have the works. It's opening in summer 2018 and I know it will be a hit."
8115 St. Laurent Blvd.
Slated for completion in December 2018, the Brossard Complex will be a standout project. Residents will be proud to call this place home as these bright and sunny apartments will have stellar balconies, modern appliances and central air. This luxurious, amenity-filled building will be located a short drive from Montreal and, with a reserved bus lane on the Champlain Bridge, public transportation is a breeze.
Located at 8115 St. Laurent Blvd. on the south shore, some units will have views of the St. Lawrence River and the Montreal skyline. Soon the new Champlain Bridge will open and it will be even easier to travel to and from Montreal.
"This will be our largest project to date with 250 units in a fully loaded building with all the amenities our tenants love," says Basal. "It's so exciting to see construction begin."
5790 Parkhaven Ave.
Finally, back in Côte Saint-Luc where BSR Groupe is located, 5790 Parkhaven Ave. is on the way up! This 113-unit building will be right next door to the city's Aquatic and Community Centre (ACC). There are several parks in the area. The buildings itself will have indoor parking, a fitness centre, ceramic finishing and much more.
"The Parkhaven Tower is going to be even bigger than 6700 The Avenue," says Basal. "Units on the upper floor are going to have excellent views."
The three projects mentioned above are in addition to the recently opened 6700 The Avenue in Côte Saint-Luc and the soon-to-open residential complexs at 6710 Côte Saint-Luc Rd. in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and 10150 St. Laurent Blvd. in Ahuntsic.
